Bennett's Birthday, Skye in her cuteness, Boston and then a little more...

Bennett turned 2 on April 12th, and he is the cutest 2 year old boy I've ever known. Here are a few selected pictures from his big day.

He is saying "glasses" in a classic Bennett way with his puckered lips. You'll just have to hear it someday because it really is adorable.

We went swimming and he absolutely loved it. Can't you tell? He couldn't get enough of the water and kept saying "I'm all wet!" while splashing all over the place.

And here is the cutest video of a two year old boy you'll ever see.

He was really excited about his cake and ice cream, but licked the frosting and sprinkles once....

...and wanted strawberries instead. Overall it was a great day! And I love that boy more than words can express. He melts my heart every day and I can't kiss him enough.

Now onto Skye... this girl is just beautiful. This isn't the best picture of her, but I've been trying to get a good picture of the cute freckles on her cheeks and this is the best I could get. If you enlarge it you get a better look and how lovable they are.

She is full of life and energy and never stops running... still. She can be pretty stoic, crazy and delightful within a few seconds so it's hard to get pictures like these with a slow camera. So enjoy, they're the best I could get of this adorable girl.

This is a picture from Skye's birthday - we went ice skating which she was super excited about. (Sorry I didn't post about her big day.)

These are 3 of the 4 preschool girls and they have a fun time together, sometimes too much fun.

Now time for some Boston  - here is the famous MIT from far away,

and the famous Red Sox from far away,

and the USS Constitution from closer up.

Bennett got his real first hair cut - here is the "before" picture (with a stick of course)

and here's the "after".
I promise I was not responsible for the big bump on his forehead,  it was the corner of the wall's fault. It took a couple days for me to accept that my little baby boy is now a bigger boy, but the haircut is growing on me.

And one last picture just for good measure - Happy Belated Easter!
